As the name implies, ADHD children are hyperactive, edgy, cannot sit down, have short attention spans, cannot concentrate or focus, cannot complete simple tasks, are impatient, highly emotional, defiant and/or aggressive, and resist discipline.

It is also important to consider that your children may have ADHD-like symptoms merely because they are bored by and not engaged with a monotonous teacher or because the material of study is simply not challenging, interactive, stimulating, or relational.
