Alpha-Amino-Delta-Ureidovaleric Acid, 5-Ureidonorvaline

Description

Citrulline is an alpha-amino acid found mainly in the liver and is involved in urea production (a nitrogenous compound that is part of urine). Urea is formed from ornithine and is, itself, converted to arginine in the urea cycle. It promotes energy in the body, detoxifies our cells from harmful ammonia, and stimulates the immune system.
