Description

Pepper is one of the very stimulating oils and is wonderful in a pre-sports rub to loosen muscles, as well as in a pain reliever for overworked muscles.

Emotionally, black pepper is alleged by some to be an aphrodisiac, and also is said to both increase self confidence and to be grounding and stabilizing. It is also a strong antibacterial and antiviral oil, warming and comforting for congestion, the flu, etc.

Use in mild dilutions in massage due to its potential as a skin irritant.
