Description

Chamomile comes in many different forms. There is Roman, German, Moroccan and Blue chamomile. It is preferable to use Blue chamomile due to its higher content of azulene (an active anti-inflammatory chemical).

A very soothing oil, chamomile is steam distilled from the flowers of the plant that can grow just about anywhere.
