Preparations Skin Problems - add 2 drops chamomile to one teaspoon avocado oil and apply sparingly to inflammed areas. Hyperactivity - add three drops to a warm bath. Anxiety - add one drop of chamomile to a tissue and inhale. Insomnia - add two drops to a tissue, and keep it beside pillow. |
