Description Characteristics: Self-Denial, Inflexibility This flower is beneficial for those inflexible in their way of life. They follow a rigid path, which if strayed from causes self repression. These people tend to be opinionated, and stubborn. They follow a set standard of beliefs which they continuously adhere to. They set out certain standards which rule their life, i.e. diet, religion, exercise, and morals. If they happen to stray from these high ideals they become angry with themselves, propelling a cycle of further self-denial. They do not however, criticize the shortcomings of others, rather through their own shortcomings attempt to provide a positive example of others to follow.
Ailments / Situations Where Used Holding high ideals is a positive attribute, but Rock Water will also allow them to be flexible and not so demanding on themselves. They will realize that inner peace is important and serenity can only be maintained when a balance of good and bad is attained from within.
