Description

Characteristic: Effects of Shock or Trauma

 

This remedy is for the after effects of shock, mental or physical, due to an accident, bad news, a death, or constant frights. For this reason it is an integral part to the Rescue remedy formula, in order to help calm the person down. Star of Bethlehem helps unblock the passage to where the trauma is contained, allowing the mind and spirit to free itself of the constraint of sadness. Often the individual is unable to grasp the situation and as a defense mechanism, they detach themselves from it. It is best if taken immediately after exposure to the traumatic event, but is also beneficial even years after initial cause.
