Characteristic: Absolute Despair

 

To be taken when a person is contained with feelings of utter despair, in which no hope is seen in the near future. They may feel desolate and heartbroken, or feel so terrible that they can no longer think of existing and yet suicide is not a realistic alternative as even this can not stop the pain within. There is no longer any joy in their life and they do not know how to deal with the inner torment, or bring it to an end.
