Optimal Absorption

Prepare green drinks with steam-distilled water, spring water, reverse osmosis water, or juices according to directions and sip slowly. Generally, one to two tablespoons powdered greens are added to one cup room temperature water. Individual dosages vary according to the supplement or product being used.

Green drinks are best taken in the morning and can have a significant effect on your body. If you are not used to green drinks, start with half the recommended dosage at half the dosage rate and work your way up.
