Optimal Absorption

Royal Jelly is often prepared with honey as a natural preservative. Keep refrigerated once opened, as it can spoil easily. Take 3 teaspoons daily. A 500g jar often contains 10,000mg Royal Jelly.

Royal Jelly is also available in freeze-dried powder, capsule, or liquid form. If supplementing, take 300-500mg daily. Children should take half this amount and only under the supervision of their naturopath or other health practitioner. It is believed that a total intake of 100g over five months will yield optimal results. Liquid Royal Jelly is often combined with ginseng.

Royal Jelly is often taken with Bee Pollen, as both substances tend to complement each other.
