Description

Rice cakes are light "patties" of pressed puffed rice. They commonly have grains or seaweed added to them to increase nutritional value and variety.

To overcome the bland flavour of plain rice cakes, many people creatively use different spreads. Almond butter and apple butter are common, as is hummus. Experiment to find a combination most appealing to your palate.
