Preparations Decoction: Add 1 teaspoon herb to 1 cup of cold water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Drink 3 times a day. Infusion: Use as a warming and stimulating drink. Add 1/2 teaspoon to 1 cup boiling water and let steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Drink warm. |
