Preparations

Supplement: Take 600 to 1,200mg once or twice daily. You may also use Kyolic (odourless) capsules, though the medicinal effect may not be as viable.

Fresh: Eat 2 to 4 uncooked cloves daily.

Tincture: Take 2 to 4mL three times daily.
