Acute conditions in which Belladonna is indicated:

Flu with sudden onset, high fever, face is red and hot, the pupils are dilated and the feet and hands are cold, no thirst or thirst for lemonade. Otitis media, severe pains, usually right-sided, worse at night in bed, throbbing. Acute suppurative tonsillitis that is worse on the right side.

Chronic conditions in which Belladonna is indicated:

Intensely painful migraines which often begin at the back of the head and radiate to the right temple or forehead and settle about the right eye, pain aggravated is made worse by noise, light, motion, sun, menses, heat, washing the hair, stepping, pain ameliorated by cold applications, lying in the dark, pressure, from binding the head. Sinusitis with sinus pain, right-sided, worse touch, better by hard pressure, worse by stooping forward.
