Description

Euphrasia is also commonly prepared as a homeopathic tincture.


 

Ailments / Situations Where Used

Euphrasia is one of the most important remedies to use with excessive secretions resulting from hay fever. Eyes are irritated and teary and there is a non-irritating secretion from the nose.

This is also the first remedy to think of when dealing with conjunctivitis. Eyes are watery, burning and irritated, there is intense blinking and profuse secretion of corrosive tears that irritate the cheek. Person may also be sensitive to light.
