Source Good sources of manganese include avocados, green leafy vegetables, peas, whole grains, egg yolks, pineapples, blueberries, legumes, nuts and seeds, and the alfalfa. Meats and dairy are considered poor sources of manganese. Manganese is also found in multi-vitamin/mineral supplements. |
