Ideal sources of sulfur include dried beans, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, eggs, fish, garlic, kale, whole grains, wheat germ, turnips, onions, meats, horsetail (the herb), and the amino acids cysteine, cystine, glutathione, lysine, methionine, and taurine.
