Coffee Enema (Retention)

When introduced to the body in this manner, coffee does not pass through the digestive system and affect your body as a cup of coffee does. Instead, a coffee enema promotes the release of toxins form your liver and gallbladder, where they are then flushed from the body.

For maximum effectiveness, you may wish to precede a coffee retention enema with a cleansing enema.

To prepare a coffee enema, place 2 quarts/2.2L steam-distilled water in a bowl and add 6 heaping tablespoons ground coffee. NOTE: Do not use instant or decaffeinated coffee. Boil the mixture for fifteen minutes and cool to 80ºF - 99ºF/27ºC - 37ºC (the warmer temperature will relax your bowel while a cool temperature will strengthen it). Use no more than 1 pint/550mL strained coffee solution per session and store the remainder in a closed jar in the fridge.

Add the measured solution to the enema bag. Lubricate the end of the enema tube as described in General Cleansing Enema, above, and follow the remaining instructions for allowing the solution to enter the colon.

Once the solution has been taken, roll to your right side and hold the solution for fifteen minutes before releasing. Stay still, relax, and do not move from side to side. If you have not expelled the liquid after fifteen minutes (which is common), simply stand up and move around until you feel the urge.

You may feel quite tired and/or cool after an enema. Keep warm and sleep for one or more hours.
