Food sources include brewer's yeast, beef liver, eggs, fish, kidneys, lecithin, molasses, mushrooms, peanuts (not a recommended source), soybeans, spinach, whole brains.

PABA is also available in most B-Complex vitamins and multi-vitamin/mineral supplements.
